Juliette Touma, Head of Communication and Spokesperson for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), recounts the story of Abdallah, a UNRWA photojournalist in northern Gaza. Abdallah survived a severe bombardment and lost both his legs while documenting the destruction of the area. His images, depicting the realities of the conflict, have been widely circulated worldwide.
