Who can use the site. For people 18 and older. By using it, you confirm you're at least 18.

Using the site. Read, watch, and share links freely. Please don't copy or republish our original articles in full without asking, scrape the site with automated tools, or use it to break the law.

Accounts and comments. Give accurate information, keep your password safe, you're responsible for activity under your account. Be civil. Don't post things that are illegal, that harass or threaten, that infringe copyright or trademark, that are sexual or exploit minors, that incite hatred against a group, or that are spam or advertising. We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules, though we're not obligated to monitor everything.

Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display and moderate it. You confirm it's yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Our content and third-party content. Our original articles belong to us. We sometimes embed publicly available videos from other platforms for discussion; those belong to their owners and stream from the original source. See our Copyright page.

No advice, no warranty. mindGov™ publishes commentary, not professional advice. Content is "as is." We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee it, and aren't responsible for decisions you make based on it. For anything serious, consult a qualified professional.
